At vintagematchwear, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your piece of football history. If the fit isn’t right or it’s not exactly what you expected, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us of a return. Once notified, the item must be posted back to us within 7 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a refund, the jersey must be in the exact condition it was received:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- All original “vintagematchwear” tags or original manufacturer tags (if applicable) must be attached.
- Free from any new odors (smoke, perfume) or stains.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email Us: Contact
vintagekitwear@outlook.iewith your Order Number and the reason for the return. - Wait for Approval: We will send you the return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Package the jersey securely to prevent damage during transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Please note that vintagematchwear does not cover return shipping costs. * Tracked Shipping: We strongly recommend using a tracked service (e.g., An Post Registered Post). We cannot issue a refund if a return is lost in the mail and there is no tracking proof provided.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you via email that we have received the item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Sale/Clearance Items: Items purchased during our “January Launch Sale” are final sale.
Mystery Boxes: Due to the nature of the “Mystery” element, these are non-returnable unless the item is proven to be damaged or significantly not as described.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
